“Lori was able to help me by breaking
down what I needed to add to my diet every single day. She provided
examples of foods to include to maintain a well balanced diet. If I
was lacking a nutrient, she provided me with new ideas and foods to
try. Since beginning the program I have stopped drinking coffee and
switched to green tea and have noticed that I haven't had an energy
crash when I get home from work. I have more energy to push through
the day and find myself in a better mood since changing my eating
habits. Lori makes nutrition and getting healthy a fun and easy
